Sophie Morelli

After completing her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction (majoring in Economics) at Deakin University in 2010, Sophie commenced private practice at the law firm Pointon Partners in Melbourne. She then commenced practicing at Tyler Tipping & Woods in 2015.

Sophie practices in a variety of areas of commercial law including: Employment Law, including Unfair Dismissal; Conveyancing; Trade Marks; Plans of Subdivision; Leases; Deceased Estates; Copyright; Estate Litigation; Wills; Business and Company Law; Estate Planning; Business sales and purchases; Powers of Attorney; Consumer Law; Mortgage Advice; and Defamation.

Sophie advises both individual and corporate clients, including employers, employees, landlords, tenants, vendors, purchasers and stakeholders. Sophie takes a personal approach to all matters, understanding the importance of conveying complex legal information to individuals from a non-legal background in a clear and concise manner so that they fully understand the matter.
