Kate is a highly motivated and passionate new addition to the team at Tyler, Tipping & Woods. She regularly advises clients on Family Law, Criminal Law and Intervention Order matters.

After graduating from Victoria University with a Bachelor in Law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Literature and Gender Studies, Kate went on to complete her Graduate Legal Diploma with the Leo Cussen Centre for Law. During her undergraduate Kate travelled to the Florida International University where she studied Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Kate is passionate about using the law as a vehicle for social justice reform. She has published work in the Victorian Parliamentary library and completed her Advanced Legal Research Dissertation titled ‘Sentencing Sexual Offences - Shifting From Ambiguity To Transparency.’

Outside of work Kate enjoys running, reading and playing with her dogs.
