We do Child Protection.

We can assist with Children’s Court matters and disputes with the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (formerly Department of Health and Human Services).

If the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing believe a child is in need of protection from harm, neglect or abuse, they may initiate Child Protection Proceedings. This process can be very confusing for children, parents and other extended family members.
